I had a mixed experience at Numa Hotel Boutique. While the location was fantastic, close to the beach and great cafes, my room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The staff was friendly and addressed my concerns promptly, but the overall experience wasn't quite worth the price I paid.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room with a balcony but ended up with a room that faced the corridor, which felt very dark. The bathroom had a serious drainage issue that left a bad smell. I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness.
Service

The reception staff were friendly and willing to help, which was a plus. However, it was challenging to communicate since they mostly spoke Spanish. They did respond quickly to my concerns, which I appreciated.

The location was truly excellent, right off a main road, making it easy to get downtown as well as to the beach. There were plenty of little cafes and restaurants nearby which I loved.

While I didn't dine in the hotel, I found plenty of delicious options nearby, which added to my overall experience. Plus, I enjoyed some energy bars I brought along for quick snacks.
Facilities

I noticed the common areas needed better maintenance - the pool area was not clean, and the trash was overflowing. There were some decent facilities like the rooftop hangout area, but the upkeep could be greatly improved.

I had a mixed experience at Numa Hotel Boutique. The friendly staff and great location were definite highlights. However, my room had serious cleanliness issues, and the noise from the surroundings made it challenging to relax. Overall, I felt that while there were some positives, significant improvements are needed.

During my stay at Numa Hotel Boutique, I encountered both pros and cons. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they mainly spoke Spanish. However, my room had serious cleanliness issues and maintenance problems that dampened my overall experience. While the location was convenient for exploring the area, the lack of proper upkeep and noisy surroundings were quite disappointing.
